Miss Asia International Competition born and developed in the American, Miss Asia International Competition came to China in 2006. Miss Asia International Competition is active in constructing the fellowship with Asians spreading all over the world, including the Chinese women as well as those overseas Chinese women, aiming at promoting the friendly exchanges with women in each country, enforcing the cooperation and developing a concept of beauty in civilized and harmonious etiquette. Beijing plays an important role in international culture and arts. The great city with a long history makes me feel its new vigor and vitality.
Harmony, peace and love constitute the theme of Miss Asia International Competition. Miss Asia International Competition, in combination with the economic and cultural features of the Asian-Pacific region, will exhibit something new and build up a globalized platform for Asian women to present their images and enhance their social status. In 2008, Olympic will be held in China for the first time, therefore it is of greater significance to hold more Miss Asia International Competition.
It is our consistent principle to reciprocate the society. Now, taking the opportunity that Miss Asia International is held in China,
the American International Chamber of Commerce (AICC), plan to donate to establish a charity primary school in China, and we sincerely believe that with the assistance of CICSC, The American International Chamber of Commerce this good wish will come true.
American International Chamber of Commerce will introduce more excellent international cultural projects, and play a more proactive role in promoting the international cultural exchanges with China. We will continue our cooperation with CICSC and make our own contributions as we used to do in the development of international cultural exchanges for greater successes.
As the headquarters of
the American International Chamber of Commerce
, its headquarters of AICC Asian-Pacific Region makes direct contributions to the exchanges between U.S.A and China. In recent years, other branches such as AICC affiliated to America Member Service Center have also made great achievements in China. Our development cannot be obtained without the support, encouragement and confirmation of everybody. For these years, America Member Service Center has made their contributions to the development of economic and cultural exchanges between U.S.A and China, which it has received credits for.

The 2006 Miss Asia International will be held in Beijing with the theme "beauty in Asia, unfold in China". This is the first time for China to host this pageant. A press conference of the event was held at the Great Hall of the People on May 18. It is learned that the China International Cultural Spread Center (CICSC) and the Soba International are authorized by the American International Chamber of Commerce (AICC), the international official organization of the competition, to hold the 2006 Miss Asia International in Beijing.
As the event's exclusive undertaker, Soba International will associate with many television stations and cultural communication organizations in mainland China to jointly promote all competitions of Miss Asia International in different sections of China. It is learnt that young ladies of Chinese or Asian origins aged from 16 to 29 are qualified to sign up for the pageant as long as they can provide valid credentials of the United States, China and other countries or regions where they live.
Join The Miss Asia International
Qualification to Join:
1. Contestants must be between the ages of 16 to 29 years old on the date of the pageant.
2. Contestants must be single, of good moral character.
3. Contestants must be female residents of at least 25% Asian ancestry from one of the Countries in the world
4. Contestants must have never been married, had a marriage annulled, nor have had a child.
5. Enclosed herewith are (5) photographs.
